Take on possibly the toughest early season sportive in the UK, the Hell of the Ashdown. With a fantastic 100km route through the cols of Kent and Sussex, it's a perfect way to shake off the winter and test your form
The Kentish Killer will be held at Brands Hatch, Kent on Sunday 2nd March 2025. The route will follow the original KK course with riders covering 110km, and 1860 metres of climbing taking on a number of well known and climbs
The road races o have two distances: a 156 km granfondo distance for all riders up to the age of 49 and a 130km mediofondo as qualifier distance for all riders over 50.
Both courses share the same roads for the big majority of the race, but the Granfondo has some additional loops added to the course. Total elevation for the granfondo is 2050 meters while the mediofondo has 1467m of elevation
The crystal-clear lake Vättern provides a stunning center point for the IRONMAN 70.3 European Championship, launching athletes into forests and expansive views over the Swedish countryside. Most notably captured by fairy-tale artist John Bauer, Jönköping's landscape has a magic. Designated a UNESCO biosphere reserve, the area features a total of nine lakes, which athletes will swim, bike, and run courses.
After starting from the Aachener Chio complex, the route heads towards the historic city center of Aachen to pass the main square before heading south towards the hilly region along the western border of Germany after 15 km.
The route heads south for a first combined 41km before entering a turning loop in the Ruhr-area before getting back on the route back towards the finish after 79km for the final 41km
